Most customer marketing & advocacy programs live within spreadsheets today, and if they don't, they likely are using several tools to recruit, track, and engage their advocates. The problem with spreadsheets is they're not scalable, and managing multiple tools doesn't reveal the entire picture of any given customer or advocate in their journey with your brand. Instead, reach your customer advocates where they are, with the right message, at the right time for the right advocacy. Then track and streamline everything in between including advocate outreach, customer reference management, and upsell/cross-sell campaigns.
