Former Secretary-General at the Lesotho Golf Union/MGC. Managing Executive at Valence Group, a part-time Brand Marketing Company. A transformative management practitioner within the commercial management space (sales, marketing, product, branding, GTM and Business Development) with track record of turning around company financial and non-financial performances. In other words, I manage teams and brands to success. A managerial leader (GM) up by training from the University of the Free State (UFS) Business School, through the Bachelor of Management Leadership (BML) program. And Master of Management in the field of Strategic Marketing from Wits Business School. After leaving legal studies (LLB) early from the National University of Lesotho (NUL), authored a leadership self help book titled Life Is In the Living - Inspiration to confront your odds. Also started a Management practice with a focus on building brands and teams for Lesotho corporates and SMMEs, branded Valence Motivation. Currently reading Marketing-Finance literature and contexts to further understand and contribute to the field of strategic marketing leadership, where sustainability strategies are taking the world.
