At my core, I am an engineer with a keen ability for sales. My unique skill set allows me to effectively bridge the gap between technical and business spheres to develop innovative solutions that address real-world problems. During my undergraduate degree at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, I was fascinated by the way that engineering thought processes function. The constant challenges that I encountered allowed me to hone my problem-solving skills, which proved to be invaluable when I transitioned into the business world. I complemented my passion for engineering with a Masters of Science in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the Marshall School of Business at USC. As a lifelong student, I relish the opportunity to constantly challenge myself by learning something new. I have tackled seemingly insurmountable obstacles, such as when I faced the challenge of digitalizing a company's discrepancy reports during a summer internship at Atomica, a MEMS foudnry in Santa Barbara. Despite having no prior experience with Microsoft Power Apps, I took it upon myself to learn the software outside of work hours and successfully completed the project with a fully digitized system. Leveraging my problem-solving skills and business knowledge, I have successfully launched multiple small businesses. The latest venture, Equilite, was born from my passion for equestrian sports and fitness. As a certified personal trainer and competitive equestrian, I recognized the need for an equestrian-specific training program that could help riders perform to their full potential. To fill this gap, I launched Equilite, which provides personalized workout experiences tailored to equestrian athletes. Currently, I am working as a Field Sales Engineer at NorcompSC, where I use my expertise to provide electronic solutions to various customers throughout Southern California. Working in this dynamic and innovative environment has allowed me to thrive, and I am always excited to take on new challenges and contribute to the growth and success of the company.
