Each year, millions of people suffer from OCD, with around 1-2% of the global population affected, and I’m one of them. When I was first diagnosed, I faced a whirlwind of challenges: waiting too long for therapy, battling constant intrusive thoughts, and feeling isolated without the right resources. Now, I’m building ObsessLess, the solution I wish I had when I was diagnosed. ObsessLess provides urgent support and relief to those (newly) diagnosed with OCD, offering personalized tools to help manage symptoms more effectively. My mission is to make sure no one has to face their OCD struggles alone.
