I started my career in 2013 as a Pricing Analyst in a SOP company named Tranistics Data Technologies Pvt Ltd.(Off-roll). I worked there for almost 14 months and learnt a lot about professionalism like grooming, time management, handling workload, team work and a lot. I had to leave that job because of my higher studies. After completing my Master's degree in 2016, I joined ICICI bank as a Sr. Executive in Sales in Home loan dept. Though this journey wasn't very lengthy, sustain for only 6 months, but I kept learning from there too. Then I joined Orion Edutech Pvt. Ltd. in the same year as a Soft Skills Trainer and there I realised my actual strength. As a trainer, I trained thousands of trainees and learnt a lot new things like different human behaviour, handling huge work load, assessment pressure, parents teacher meetings, appreciation day, arranging internal cultural programs, competitions and a lot more things in those 3 years. The role of Trainer is very vital and crucial in the lives of his/her trainees. It is very precious and respectful for me. Later I joined Brainware Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. in the same designation. After the lockdown phase I started WFH at IIMI as a DEO(Data Entry Operator).
