Oversee executive searches involving client organization board level interactions. 
Develop broad network of industry partners and vendors to support niche and/or remote searches and ad hoc requirements. 
Identify new strategies and opportunities to reach a diverse pool of potential candidates. 
Strengthen the selection process by developing best practice assessment measures, formal candidate write-ups, and timely communication and collaboration with hiring managers. 
Manage and integrate our psychometric assessment tool and educate recruiters and hiring managers on its use. 
Identify key talent acquisition metrics and deliver accurate reporting to the business. 
Create and manage the recruitment financials (i.e., monthly forecast and annual budget) and contract negotiation with search agencies, job boards, LinkedIn and other search vehicles.

I also develop, drive and execute comprehensive search strategies designed to recruit senior and niche candidates in limited candidate spaces-- including and not limited to remote locations and part time positions. Building business plan which is focused on  key competitive research, industry profile development, networking and direct sourcing
Maintain and grow our relationships on all Campus in the United States and their communities for short and/or long term opportunities.

•Drive the talent acquisition process across all business , while maintaining a focus on candidate experience, recruitment marketing, process improvement, and team development

 Director Talent Acquisition - Human Resources North America 

OVERVIEW
In my role I focus on developing effective and non-conventional ways to manage the recruitment flow and define how to recruit candidates for a variety of roles in the marketing/ advertizing, merchandising, sampling and sales programs of Mosaic's business. I am responsible for developing relationships with our internal client and external management team, understanding the needs of our upcoming programs and executing a recruiting strategy to hire those candidates on a North American scale. (Canada/USA)

MANAGEMENT RESOLUTION:
•Work closely with client's Management Resolution contact to resolve agent issues and present ideas and suggestions to retain agents
•Work closely with the Regional Managers to ensure that all performance management is executed based on compliance parameters
•Responsible for performing initial through to final investigation of agent management issues and determine appropriate course of action
•Ensure appropriate support is aligned to meet Management Resolution next steps
•Evaluate and implements the program's procedures on recruitment, evaluating and selection
•Make recommendations to the management team for improvement of independent agent practices and procedures and advises management team of policies

Senior Manager, National Selection Recruiting Manager (Canada & USA  )

RECRUITMENT:
•Manage all recruitment activities across Canada and some Campus initiative
•Lead the recruitment process to determine where and how to attract appropriate program candidates
•Work closely with the Director of Operation/Project Leader to develop the recruitment strategy
•Lead and manage a team of Recruiters and Talent Managers in North America (Chicago, Toronto, Dallas, Vancouver, montreal) 
•Work closely with recruiters and managers to develop recruitment plans, targets and maintain open communication on issues, successes & results
•Ensure that operational recruitment costs, activities and results within assigned region are managed, tracked and reported and controlled as per defined parameters to ensure the most efficient and profitable operations
•Manage and maintains a candidate pool 
•Hands-on management approach including travel within Canada and support on Campus recruiting
•Deliver the required resources in a reasonable time frame
•Create new and effective ways to recruit candidates
