Strategy consists of outlining a pathway to go from where we are to where we want to be, and how we plan to avoid the obstacles that stand in our way. And execution is where we make a difference: most projects end their short lives on a whiteboard, at the planning stage. What really makes or breaks a project is the team’s ability to execute their plans. As a Fractional CMO, I offer your company over 12 years of experience in the design and implementation of B2B marketing campaigns, at a much lower investment than if you hired someone full-time and, of course, with much less risk. But in very concrete terms, what I offer you is clarity, strategy, and execution. Throughout my career in B2B, I’ve collaborated with clients from a wide variety of industries such as healthcare, fintech, logistics, software, artificial intelligence, retail, biotechnology, government, industrial automation, design, human resources, foreign trade, legaltech, infosec, and education, among others. Thanks to all of them, I have accumulated experience in business development, agile methodologies, and a variety of frameworks to execute my work more efficiently each time.
