Oversee annual fundraising efforts for individual sport programs, athletic scholarships, endowments, and special projects. Using a mix of communication and solicitation strategies, I prioritize growing the annual donor base and the cultivation and stewardship of current donors of all levels. 
•	Plan and participate in external operations activities including donor events and socials, brand marketing at local events, as well as ticket distribution for major events such as the West Coast Conference tournament and Final Four. 
•	Launched a new brand identity for athletic fundraising based on department research, and saw a 5% increase in the number of donors in first six months. Developed communication strategy to educate existing donor base of changes and acquire new donors. 
•	Created content calendar in collaboration with marketing department to promote brand objectives.

Director of Annual Giving

As a member of University Advancement, I was primarily responsible for student fundraising, including the Telefund phone outreach. I managed 40 student workers and was responsible for raising $850,000 annually. 
•	Achieved a 55% alumni participation rate and 93% employee retention ratio.  
•	Train student workers in areas of relationship building, fundraising, and sales techniques. Coach students to meet annual goals. 
•	Responsible for annual reunion solicits and partnership with the Alumni Department in the execution of various class reunion events, along with student philanthropy events.

Onboard local merchants to Amazon platform and maintain relationship throughout promotion lifecycle. Managed specific geographical region to create best product mix. Notable clients include: Taco Bell, Washington State Fair, and UCB Comedy. 
•	Used data to determine best marketing practices for local businesses in specific regions across the country; create reports to establish threshold metrics and to provide recommendations.
•	Collaborated with stakeholders (client, sales, and creative) to ensure highest revenue potential is reached during content creation.
•	Define and implement new business processes such as: onboarding new employees, A/B content testing, and managing high refund promotions.

Directed daily deal marketing for up to 15 different regions on a weekly basis with different product mixes using SalesForce and an internal CRM. Point of contact for all interaction between local merchants, sales, research, and creative teams. Analyzed market trends to provide recommendations on sales structure and product offerings.
•	Managed relationship with Amazon Local counterpart, as at least 25% of weekly deals were run simultaneously on Amazon.com. Confirmed promotions met Amazon quality standards and worked with clients on new contracts should adjustments be necessary. 
•	Received companywide “Live Hungry Award” in 2012 for excelling beyond daily responsibilities.
