Jobify, the first tech company in the ecosystem, started as a platform to help high schoolers get entry-level work experience. Within 18 months, that company climbed to a Top 10 ranking on the App Store for its category. During this time, it had one of the lowest Cost Per Install rates ever recorded, at $0.07 per install, compared to the North American average of $5+ per install. After that, it added a Premium Academy where hundreds of thousands of students could learn about youth entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and investing the money they earn. Pathwai is a highly anticipated AI-powered guidance counselor for students… in their pocket. The tool is meant to show them personalized roadmaps to getting into any career they want based on where they currently are. Everything from grade requirements, to post-secondary information, soft skills, hard skills, local resources, scholarships available, etc. Users are expecting it to be released in the summer of 2024. Sayve is a financial services platform for students. Financial literacy will be taught from a young age, in a cool and digestible way. Students will have access to discounts when shopping at their favorite brands, along with access to cash prizes the more they save. And student loans will be made accessible for those coming from Pathwai. Before building tech companies, Tony was conducting youth speaking tours across North America with his Good Vibes message as the students called him Mr Good Vibes. He was sponsored by Burger King and Dave & Buster’s for these tours. In light of his work pushing the next generation forward, the mayor of North Miami Beach declared February 15 as Mr Good Vibes Day.
