Her business, MovingLeaders, delivers experiential training and development programs that encourage authentic communication, build trust, address conflict, and ultimately help people navigate change while maintaining self-respect and dignity. With over 30 years of teaching and leadership development experience, Melinda has worked with an array of clients – from middle schoolers to executive - and is committed to serve emerging leaders at all levels. Her skills as a coach and facilitator have impacted a variety of client organizations including Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and School of Nursing, The University of North Carolina, North Carolina State and Wake Forest Universities.
