As a qualified executive coach, I offer 1:1 Outcome Leadership coaching. This will help you excel as a product executive, overcome the nay-sayers, the politics, and the uncertainty. Outcome Leader coaching unlocks your potential and, in turn, amplifies your team’s performance.

I also write a weekly newsletter called Outcome Habits giving pragmatic advice for product professionals and founders.

When there is clarity, repeatable success, an outcome led mindset and trust the product function is set up for a full time leader to be successful. I help the founder shape, recruit and onboard a product leader role to replace me on a full time permanent basis.

Fractional Chief Product Officer (Acquired by Adobe)

As a member of the c-suite management team, we transformed the EdTech company into a product-led SaaS, leading to its exit. Reporting directly to the CEO and leading product management, data science, design and marketing for one of the world’s largest EdTech companies, which hosted the largest digital network of teachers in the world with over 12 million registered in 197 countries.

I built and led the product function with an outcome led mindset driving customer and enterprise value in a complex multi-national education market. In addition to product management and design, I provided leadership for marketing and data science. Strategy highlights including widening the portfolio through new product launches, entering new markets (eg China) and M&A. The product strategy supported a successful migration from a transactional business model to a more valuable and stable subscription model.

I was responsible for the product investment of 8 figure R&D budget. As part of a team we ran a successful process leading to the sale of TES in 2018.

Includes HR Tech, FinTech, Publishing, Classifieds, EdTech, AdTech and Consulting.

During this time I founded two companies, worked at group level leading Internet innovation at FTSE 250, worked in funded start up, enjoyed c-suite roles, served as board advisor and sat on industry body committees. 

While being based in the UK, traveled to partners, clients and spoke at conferences all around the world, particularly the west coast America and Australia. 

I worked on products for Google, PepsiCo, Compare The Martket, Sky Bet, Bauer Media, ThoughtWorks, Essence Digital, and more.

Drawing on over two decades of experience as a product leader, 2x exits (1 PE, 1 VC), and over 5,000 hours of leadership coaching, I now coach and train product management professionals. 

I'm a qualified executive coach and co-author of The Product Momentum Gap, available on Amazon.
