Built DISCO University from the ground up pre-IPO and for scalability post-IPO, utilizing adult learning theories, modern learning technologies, and staffing a global team of 17, including: curriculum developers, instructional designers, project managers, operations staff, sales coaches, and product trainers. Negotiated vendor agreements, managed vendor relationships, and oversaw services.

Implemented multiple global onboarding programs to expedite ramp and effectiveness of new hires, including: 1-week onboarding for all employees on product, domain, and professional skills; 90-day program for professional services hires, 6-month sales program for new sales hires, and 4-week onboarding for an Early Leader Rotational Program of college graduates.

Drove strategic customer enablement program resulting in +11% NPS score impact on products through scalable training programs, including over 1,250 virtual, hybrid, in-person, on-demand, and in-app modular learning experiences for 7,000 users at 1,500 accounts and 25,000 hours of learning consumed (annually).

Created the DISCO for Schools workforce development program, partnering with over 65 law schools and paralegal programs to prepare the next generation of legal professionals to use legal tech in practice.

Oracle

Led curriculum development and training delivery for Oracle University - Marketing Cloud, a $9M+ P&L training business. Managed a virtual team of 18 curriculum developers, instructional designers, project managers, expert facilitators and support staff to develop education curriculum based on adult learning theories for customers, partners, and employees on 6 SAAS products with $1B+ annual revenue.

Led development of public introductory Launchpad program for all Oracle products. Made strategic decisions on user experiences, including development of ondemand hands-on exercises and gamification systems. 10,000+ learners engaged within 1 month of launch.

Increased capacity to develop and deliver learning, by creating global teams and implementing a shared services model of vendor services, adopted broadly thereafter by Oracle University. Documented processes and standards to allow for independent production across teams. Provided opportunities for collaboration and review across teams for continuous improvement.

Product Training Manager, Curriculum Development & Delivery

Launched a hybrid technical curriculum for the Oracle Data Management Platform, including on-demand and instructor-led trainings steeped in authentic use-cases, meaningful interactions and assessments, and rich multimedia to engage learners.

Conducted audience and need analysis to establish instructional framework for product curriculum. Developed the most technical courses, partner bootcamps, and led a team of 3 instructional designers.

The University of Texas at Austin

Managed $1 million NSF-funded education project to design, develop, and evaluate a college-level Intro to Computer Science Principles course for high school students. Implemented problem-based-learning theory approach to effectively attract and service underrepresented populations. Course is still taught today at 100+ high schools with the highest pass rates for the AP Computer Science Principles Exam in Texas.

Supervised and collaborated with SMEs, instructional designers, web developers, administrative staff, and trainers to rapidly develop and deliver courseware within tight deadlines and under budget, including 180 instructional hours, 8 modules, 250 web pages, 75 assignments, 60 discussions, and 45 assessments.

Facilitated onboarding process and quarterly professional development sessions for 20 teacher participants.

Developed research instruments, coordinated field studies, and collected and analyzed data from observations, surveys, interviews, focus groups, and web analytics.
