With over 12 years of experience in Revenue Operations, I have been fortunate to lead highly successful global Revenue Operation teams. My roles have been overseeing the sales, marketing, sales operations, programs, and operation functions that have exceeded goals. By creating new organizations, resurfacing sales teams to better drive focus, and re-vitalizing revenue teams to scale and grow; I've driven company alignment throughout organizations. I am passionate about setting up and executing go-to-market strategies for various product lines, implementing sales enablement programs, driving leads and closing sales, implementing processes that help sellers become more effective and motivated, and bringing in the best practices and processes from high-tech companies to increase sales and ultimately drive increased revenues. As a member of several professional groups, this helps me keep a pulse on best practices happening in the industry.
