I am responsible for the PM & PMM functions which focus on driving outcomes around product strategy, user insights and user acquisition and growth (GTM).

In addition I support fundraising and commercial  partnerships.

Newzstreet is a micro-city news discovery platform that helps independent journalists find an audience and monetise it. The platform aims to better serve the public conversation by solving key problems with modern journalism like sources' authenticity, coverage bias, reporting standards, and audience matching.  I worked with the founders as an embedded member of the team to lay the foundation for a 2-sided marketplace for news creators and journalists. This included articulating the product strategy,  leading a team through the ideation and launch, manage priorities of a team of delivery partners and ensuring best practices were applied to the product management process.

Paradigm Infotech 
Paradigm Infotech is a global managed IT, and SAAS provider focused on providing international clients with pre-packaged software solutions. 

My role was to work across product management, engineering and UX teams to define and implement a platform for creators to create and publish short-form videos and GIFs via their smartphone or tablet. The platform also provided real-time sentiment analysis and predictive analytics to its creators empowering them to create content that resonated with their audience.The platform is currently being used by multiple clients to power their mobile-first creator programs.

My role was to lead a scale up and scale down effort in European markets that encompassed market profiling, due diligence, entry strategy, product localization, staffing, and hiring.  

•	Managed a pipeline of over 200 hires & interviewed over 100 candidates over 30 days as part of a strategic pivot & scale-up initiative.

•	Helped save over 3.5 Million EURO in annual operating costs by making a case for delaying market entry in key European geographies till product-market fit was achieved.

As Advisor for Growth at Cyanogen, I facilitated the company's expansion into India by identifying and activating growth partners, resulting in over 3 million users acquired through product integration and distribution partnerships. I also led the successful localization of Cyanogen's open-source mobile operating system for the Indian market and outlined the company's ecosystem strategy with third-party app developers, startups, and mobile device manufacturers.

To achieve this, I strategically built technology and business partnerships that empowered startups and app developers to monetize their user base, positioning the company as a leading player in the mobile app industry. Through my efforts, we successfully launched a competitive marketplace that revolutionized the way users discovered and downloaded apps, ultimately driving growth and profitability for the organisation.
