I am a strategic GTM driver and the first European Commercial hire at Aurora Solar and Miro. With a passion for driving growth in the energy, production, and SaaS sectors, I have consistently delivered results, helping companies achieve their sustainability goals and scale their operations. In May 2023, I joined Aurora Solar as Sales FTE #1 in EMEA. Here, I have been pivotal in spearheading our European go-to-market efforts. Working with top-tier clients, I’ve leveraged the innovative SaaS solar platform to optimize solar energy initiatives, contributing significantly to the important mission of creating a solar future for all. Before Aurora Solar, I was Miro's first European Commercial hire in May 2021. During my tenure, I added over $1.6 million in net new ARR in under 12 months, earning a promotion to Enterprise Account Executive. I partnered with accounts ranging from 1,000 to 10,000 employees, including strategic outliers in the 10,000+ range. My efforts were instrumental in doubling the customer base and solidifying Miro’s presence in the EMEA region. Before Miro, I was the first sales hire at Demodesk (YC W19), where I built the sales function over 17 months. My contributions led to two successful financing rounds (Seed, Series A) and grew the team to 40 people. I developed and implemented effective sales playbooks and strategies, driving the company from 0 to 7 digits in ARR. At DataGuard, I learned and honed my SaaS sales skills, starting in an SDR role and quickly advancing. My entrepreneurial journey began with founding Fleetcleanse, a B2B & B2C automotive cleaning sector business in Switzerland and Germany. Following a successful exit, I transitioned into software sales while co-founding Unleashed Marketing, a digital marketing and film production agency in Munich. I’ve been trained in the MEDDPICC framework and certified in “Command of the Message” by Force Management, consistently exceeding targets with an average attainment of over 130%. Additionally, I nurture the Munich-based hub of Pavilion, fostering revenue-generating communities at both executive and career-starter levels. Living in Munich after spending 18 years in Brussels, two years in Zurich, and two years in Amsterdam, I’ve developed a strong connection with diverse markets and cultures. I’m passionate about leveraging my expertise to support companies in achieving their sustainability goals and driving towards a cleaner future.
