- Provided financial modelling and analysis to target both the firm’s break-even point and if any additional outside capital investment was required.

Australian Meat Processor Corporation (AMPC) - December 2016 - April 2017
- Consulted AMPC on how to expand their research partnerships and obtain joint funding within the Chinese market, including developing these new relationships first-hand by travelling to Beijing and Shanghai with the client.
- Established a strategic direction for the continued growth and differentiation of Australian meat products in the Chinese market, including a customer segmentation strategy targeting the rapidly growing middle class in certain Tier 1-3 cities.

- Developed a growth strategy for the firm to diversify beyond the traditional design-tender-build construction process, which included designing a new B2C segment focused on serving aging customers who wish to stay at home longer.

This project consisted of workforce strategy consulting, technology development, and implementation.
- Leveraged customer experience workshops to validate the design of a new technology solution during the development process
- Created and developed KPIs for the entire business unit for both client and internal use, in order to ensure performance benchmarks initially agreed upon with the client will be met.
- Designed the structure of the supply chain and procurement process flow, reducing the overall cycle time as a part of the process.
