- Providing consultation to all stakeholders on all phases of HR life Cycle.

- Leading the development, and implementation of best practices, policies, and procedures necessary to meet and exceed time to market objectives and stability targets.

Working as Director HR Shared Services (HRSS) in Human Capital Division and am responsible to: 

- Develop, maintain and review cross functional alignment of HRSS model within the organization.

- Lead HRSS change management and transformation activities including on-going updates with HCD and business leadership.

- Create interface with the HR Business Partners and HR Center of Excellence functions to facilitate the implementation of the shared services model.

- Lead the contract negotiations for incremental outsourced shared services opportunities as well as the on-going contract management
