- Develop, maintain and review cross functional alignment of HRSS model within the organization.

- Lead HRSS change management and transformation activities including on-going updates with HCD and business leadership.

- Create interface with the HR Business Partners and HR Center of Excellence functions to facilitate the implementation of the shared services model.

- Lead the contract negotiations for incremental outsourced shared services opportunities as well as the on-going contract management

HRSS serves as a one-stop shop for HR and Administrative Service Delivery including Facilities, Centralized
Contact Center (323), Travel & Fleet Management, Payroll & Employee Record Management, e-HR Implementation, Quality Management, Business Process Re-engineering, Centralized Performance & Operational Reporting.
