Agile Analytics

After a successful 3.5 years at Agile, I decided it was time to hang my hat up as CEO and step into a more part time advisory board position.  In this position I help to direct the strategic direction of the business.

Agile Analytics is a specialist consulting firm with teams across Australia, Philippines, India, New Zealand, the Mid East and the US, an Azure Analytics Advanced Specialisation Partner and a Microsoft Partner in Digital and App Innovation as well as Data & AI.

As CEO I helped 
- scale the business from a team of 15 people 70 and a mainly Sydney based consultancy to a national consulting practice with teams across NSW, VIC, SA, QLD and NZ
- established an offshore hub in Manila, India and the Mid East to create more options for our customers to use
- shifted the business from a founder led business to a business with a deep talent pool and leadership depth
- scaled the business which was predominately focused initially on BI to new capabilities including Data Engineering, Apps and AI and created new business lines in areas such as managed services helping our customers take better advantage of their investment in the Cloud
- Established relationships with customers across Australia across State and Federal Government, FSI, Retail, Logistics (to name a few). 
- established and took our relationship with Microsoft to the next level focused on a true partnership at scale.  This was no easy feat and took many years of investment

None of this would have been possible without an exceptional team who take pride in working together and helping our customers take their businesses to the next level leveraging Microsoft technologies.  This is where I take most pride in.  In every business I've stepped into, my number one focus has always been on building culture and building a great team and this one is no different.

Reporting to the Head of Credit Risk within the Enterprise Risk Division and leading a team of analysts, the role was responsible for:
- monitoring market, industry and economic conditions;
- working with the Head of Credit Risk to define the Credit Risk strategy;
- developing and overseeing delivery of a comprehensive suite of credit risk reports;
- analysing benchmarking results to identify and implement improvement opportunities;
- Contribute to preparation of written responses to regulators and ratings agencies;
- Ownership of the Automated Decisioning System, including end to end management of changes.

Additionally, I oversaw the implementation of dynamic LVR, and CCR within the organisation.

Managing a transformation program spanning robotics process automation, business reengineering, technology and analytics implementations.

Responsible for all analytics, finance (50+ million opex) and workforce planning functions.

Managing 9 operational teams across 10+ functions and 250+ FTE.

Responsible for:
- Managing a team of 10 overseeing the operational management needs of 300+ FTE
- Operational performance management of more than 6 businesses and more than 30 teams both onshore and offshore

Responsible for the transformation of a major operational business utilising new technologies, process reengineering, and implementation of new channel strategies.
