Following are highlights of some of my key projects here: 
• Steered design and deployment of C#.NET 7 GUI-driven utility for transitioning Azure Search indices and associated documents from one Search Service to another to account for obsolete Similarity algorithm settings. New utility consistently succeeded 100% of the time across thousands of indices and dozens of Azure Search Services.
• Produced in-depth business plan comprising business and revenue justification and technology architecture strategy, including all timelines and required resources, leading to millions in annual savings due to updates in Azure cloud functionality.
• Architected C#.NET GUI Utility for comparing config files operable across multiple servers.

I was charged with updating existing Azure Functions and Logic App solutions via C# with Visual Studio 2019. 

My additional contributions in this role included: 
Coordinated migration of BizTalk functionality utilizing C# to Azure Logic apps and Function apps. Designed logic apps, function apps (C#), and employed service bus queues and topics, Azure storage, Azure Key Vault, etc. for application development. Utilized Azure DevOps for Repositories, including code reviews with pull requests, case management and pipelines (CI and CD).

Following are highlights of some of my key projects here:
• Wrote a NuGet package in C# for internal use as an alternative to entity framework for performance, extensibility, and versatility, including designing tables, indices, primary-secondary key relationships, and stored procedures.
• Skillfully employed Visual Studio 2019 and 2022 with C# as development language to develop function apps, service apps and logic apps.

I was brought in to serve as a software architect for a health information project hosted in Azure, with code written in C#. 
My additional contributions in this role included: 
Utilized Azure DevOps to manage epics, features and user stories, and architected / designed scalable Azure microservice based solution. Guided, coached and trained team members in effective use of working branches for mitigating conflicts with new code or merges into other branches. Supervised team leads and delivered architectural support with healthcare sector customer, including hands-on coding. Supported other teams in working to reduce backlog with WinForms and backed WebAPI applications.
Following are highlights of some of my key projects here:
• Helmed top-performing six-member team on three.NET projects for petroleum products distribution client, including support for new features of Xamarin Forms Android application (TransPac) and support of libraries in .NET Standard 2.0; led all facets of project management and scrum master services for one project.

I was brought in to evaluate available current technologies that aligned well with SLC's product line and produce proof-of-concept (POC) app(s). 
My additional contributions in this role included: 
Supervised team of six, initially serving as ScrumMaster, in developing new and maintaining existing ASP.NET applications, Web API services and XAML-based Xamarin.Forms mobile applications (side project). Effectively guided team in employing Agile methodologies to enhance productivity, enabling delivery of all projects on time and in line with requirements.
Following are highlights of some of my key projects here:
• Authored business plan for streamlining software development process to enable rapid delivery with increased responsiveness to business unit and to improve on existing use of agile principles by development teams. Results include: 40% reduction in bug reports, considerable reduction in diagnostic times and quicker releases.
• Orchestrated planning and execution of server-side Blazor project for conveying cost-savings and as an example that JavaScript was no longer required. Scripted WebAPI service in C# to exhibit an MVC architecture with database access, as well as a machine learning capability employing ML.NET.
• Drove design and deployment of prototype Xamarin.Forms (XAML) mobile app to attest to cost-effectiveness and cross-platform performance, resulting Development department's decision to employ Xamarin.Forms in place of alternate mobile application development technologies.

My additional contributions in this role included: 
Drafted business plan for updating numerous applications and services over two years to finance development and testing through release of "Lite" version to new customers; leveraged Skunkworks-based team with small team of high-performing developers.
Following are highlights of some of my key projects here:
• Spearheaded rapid response to company's considerable growth in business that resulted in a strain on existing systems and teams; conceived and implemented robust new workflow and application functional modules that led directly to 50% drop in installation and support costs.
• Supervised team of three developers over two years in successful integration of C# code from fixed route codebase into primary demand response VB6 codebase (utilizing advanced COM Interop techniques); held accountable for architecture and database schema decision-making and assigning work to team members. Successfully delivered complete solution - including database changes - for unified application ahead of time and under budget; completed project in six months and continued to enhance overall application.
• Helmed design and delivery of Windows service in C# providing WCF (TCP binary) for automating app monitoring and deployment along with WinForms console (C#) for managing multiple instances (1 to 2,000+) of the service; completed project in six months. Application led to considerable savings in deployment costs.

• Determined code changes needed to enhance and improve speed and stability of VB6 code being moved from Windows NT 4 to Windows 2000.  Suggested changes include:
  o Wrote a Stringbuilder class, using the CopyMem API to speed up concatenation of strings used to generate HTML and JavaScript for ASP pages
  o Replace Server.CreateObject() in VB6 DLLs with the “New” keyword or the VB6 CreateObject() function to access VB6 DLLs and ADO objects
  o Set VB6 classes that perform read-only operations on the database to MTS TransactionMode = 1 (No Transactions) instead of 2 (Requires Transactions)
  o Improve operation, stability, and manageability of Windows services by integrating the Windows Service APIs into the VB6 EXEs instead of using srvany.exe
• Prototyped an n-tier .NET architecture that supports both Remoting and Web services for the next generation of Transport4 logistics programs.
