Hi, I'm Jessica!☀️ After nearly a decade of being an educator and reflecting on what I love most about the career, it has always been the interactions and relationships I’ve built with my students. I always dedicate time each year, with each new class, to go above and beyond to build a positive rapport with my students. The positive relationships I build set the foundation for learning, and in turn, helps students meet milestones and meet the expectations and goals set at the beginning of the year. I love guiding students to the lightbulb💡moments after days, weeks, sometimes months of struggle. I strive in finding creative ways to engage my students, to help them see the value in what they are learning, and mold the next generation of our society. You could say I was born to teach, especially teach from the heart. But to me, this limits my true potential and growth. I was born to do more and have a greater impact!🌎💫   For the past year, I have been working in the EdTech industry as a Professional Learning Specialist. Now, my "students" are educators all across North America. The main duty and responsibility in this role includes creating and facilitating Professional Development sessions where educators are trained on how to implement a learning platform into their daily instruction and routines. Thanks to the the experiences I’ve acquired through my career as an educator and a Professional Learning Specialist, I possess an essential skill set well suited to address the duties and responsibilities in Customer Success.
