With over 20 years of experience in bilingual and adult education, I am a solutions-oriented leader and learning designer dedicated to empowering diverse learners and the professionals who support them. My expertise lies in bilingual and ESL program design & development, outcome-driven learning solutions, and strategic use of educational technology. I bring a deep understanding of multilingual program coordination, adult learning principles, blended learning methodologies, VLT, ILT, LX, and the unique challenges faced by learningand development professionals.
