• Coordinated and facilitated New Hire orientation program to generate a positive first impression for all colleagues emphasizing a strong customer-focused culture
• Contributed to an increase in net promoter score of 10% through departmental Guest focused training programs for over 70 new and existing employees
• Executed over 97% compliance completion rates in 2017 & 2018 of annual compliance
• Collaborated in the development of Instructor-led Supervisor training with supplemental material focused on recruitment & selection, goal setting, performance management and employment legalisation
• Sourced and hired over 80 new colleagues in 2018 including a Sales Director and Finance Director
• Conducted workplace investigations, accommodations and WCB incident reports
• Provided a cost savings of approximately $5,000 per month in contract employees through a partnership with the Youth Employment Centre and hiring 50 casual banquet servers at one time

• Developed enhanced employee onboarding experience with career pathing in mind for casual employees which provided the operations to hire two internal employees in place of one external temporary contract worker

• Designed and executed on Competency-based onboarding program with in-house built competencies to reduce time to proficiency from 8 months to 90-days
• Successfully Managed project timelines with turnarounds as quickly as 1 week by working closely with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) and managing multiple project deadlines simultaneously to ensure projects were delivered on time and met standards set out by stakeholder groups
