Say hello to Agent GG, the first AI Agent I've built with my team! In 10 words: Agent GG helps me complete my most important tasks faster. How: 1. It knows my priorities, trained using Knowledge Base and onboarding info. 2. It has access to my ClickUp account, where I store all the tasks. I can also use GG's chat terminal to create tasks on Clickup using an MCP server built by my team. 3. GG does a reprioritization of my tasks every day and sends me a prioritized list of tasks at 7 AM each morning. It also sends a midday work update and end-of-day progress report on Telegram. In short, it figures out a list of 10 high-priority tasks and keeps reminding me until I mark them as completed! Major benefits: Earning more: The client work I had increased. Lower cognitive load: I've been using it for almost a month, and I have not felt this relaxed with my to-do list, which usually contains over 15 tasks at any point of the day (and I keep updating it). Visible improvement in productivity: I use a tool called Rize (rize.io) to track my focus hours, and from data over the last 11 months, my productivity is at peak, and there's a 53% growth in focused work. It's built for my needs, as someone with a Shiny Object Syndrome and a high bias for action, I've often fallen into the trap of analysis paralysis. Not anymore! Agent GG is a collection of 17 AI agents and 10 workflow enhancements w/o AI. Also, my developer team member who helped me build Agent GG customized a separate version for himself, which also boosted his performance. Agent GG is built on the foundation of classic time management and productive techniques. Being a fan of Ali Abdaal, Thomas Frank, Tiago Forte, and other productivity gurus has helped me tremendously. Without Greg Isenberg's podcast, I would not have been able to have the courage or direction to build the agent. There are a few more people I want to thank, but I have to hide their details for now. My hypothesis is, we can build effective versions for solopreneurs who know their strengths and weaknesses well and who significantly value their time and the time of their clients/customers.
