I spent 60 minutes managing my LinkedIn sales outreach last month and connected with 200+ people. My AI startup is now fully booked through December.

Here's what actually happened.

After a 15-minute setup, I was connecting with about 15 people daily on autopilot. I'd check in weekly for 10-15 minutes to adjust the AI's approach. There was a small learning curve at first, but it quickly became routine.

The best part? Even on days when nothing came of my efforts in the sales functions, I knew an AI agent was still building my network in the background. Progress happened whether I was actively working on it or not.

The Reality Check
This experiment taught me something important: cold LinkedIn outreach has limits. While I made 200+ connections, only 3 turned into meaningful conversations. The real deals came from warm leads and in-person meetings.
So this tool didn't magically solve sales; it helped me understand where to focus my energy instead.

The Tool: ReactIn
I used the 'Spyer campaign', which connects you with relevant people from companies you target. The volume was impressive. 

The Problem
The tool had a bug where it didn't recognize existing conversations. Some people got duplicate intro messages after we'd already been talking. Not ideal when you're trying to make a professional impression. I reported it, and they fixed it.
The UI may seem a little challenging at first, but once you get the hang of it, it's a simple, rinse-and-repeat process.

My Takeaway
ReactIn works well for volume and initial networking. But for high-ticket services, automation is just one piece. The real conversions happen through relationship building - warm introductions, referrals, and face-to-face conversations. 

I've paused the tool for now since we're at capacity. When we have bandwidth again, I'll test their more advanced campaigns.

Bottom line: Useful for scaling outreach, but don't expect it to replace genuine relationship building. No AI tool can do that. 
It's still the human's role.

Are your AI systems free from context rot?

With the year almost ending, it's a vital reminder to update the knowledge base of our AI assistants and any AI-powered tools we're using. 

What's context rot? It stems from the classic 'Garbage in, Garbage out' concept. 

Like the boy in the first image, when we overload context into an AI, it might drop an important item. And like the refrigerator from the second image, when we have not cleaned expired data, the AI system becomes vulnerable to risks. 

Cleaning your system from context rot could simply be removing old PDF items and uploading fresh ones with the latest info.

For example, in October our team updated the lead qualifier metrics based on subtle changes to the Ideal Customer Profile. We removed the previous ICP profiles and uploaded a new one along with new qualification metrics. 

Results? We found more suitable clients faster, and spent fewer time with leads who were not going to buy; which also saved their time. 

There could be more ways to improve the context, feel free to explore!
