Responsibilities Include: 
•Marketing of New to Bank Clients (NTBs) – till date booked USD 60Mn approx. in NTBs & existing clients.
•To originate and execute new Corporate Banking relationships and Project Finance transactions, i.e developing transaction structures, undertaking the due diligence exercise and incorporation of company specific issues through evolution of transaction structures, negotiate terms with the clients, finalization of legal documents etc.
•To meet assigned targets yield including ancillary business generation, advances and deposit mobilizations etc. 
•To manage key relationships with existing and potential clients with a view to leverage by generating further business and widening the portfolio with the objective of maximizing overall customer risk adjusted profitability and share of business from each client / Group. 
•To ensure the highest professional standards of services provided to the bank’s Corporate Clients,
•Managing and increasing revenue streams from Existing Corporate Clients.
•To work in partnership with other Business and Support Functions of the bank including but not limited to Asset & Liability products, Treasury Services, Market Sales (FX), Transaction Banking Services including Trade Finance and , and other lines of business.

Responsibilities Include: 
Project Finance:
•To originate and execute large ticket project finance transaction, i.e developing transaction structures, undertaking the due diligence exercise and incorporation of company specific issues through evolution of transaction structures, negotiate terms with the clients, finalization of legal documents etc.
•To independently originate new Project Finance Mandates (lead arrangements and participations)
•To support and lead the internal approval process including interface with credit, legal and other teams as well as management and various internal departments such as Credit, CAD, International Banking and Regional Corporate Centers as required for successful closure of transactions. 
•To achieve key Performance Indicators (KPIs) assigned in terms of fee income, asset book building, cross selling including FX, Trade Finance, Cash Management and other products and services offered by the Bank.
