• Procurement of electrical, mechanical, civil, utility, packing, maintenance spares, and services, covering a budget of up to 5 billion PKR annually.
• Drive procurement-level initiatives, including supplier diversity and inclusion, improvements to working capital, and guided buying.
• Responsible for preparing CAPEX and OPEX calculations/estimates for large-scale equipment.
• Conduct costing-benefit analysis for services of all machines, including Bruckner Film line, Bobst Metallizers, SML line, broad chillers, generators, NGR Machine, waste heat recovery project, and carrier/Trane chillers.

I have worked as Procurement Manager with the following duties and responsibilities
•	Responsible for the overall procurement of electrical, automation, and energy solution equipment and services.
•	Sourcing supplies from China, Hong Kong, Europe, and the Middle East.
•	Making a relationship with key suppliers/manufacturers about strategic procurement.

•	Responsible for the overall procurement of DKH in Punjab and KPK i.e. Livelihood, Agriculture, Construction, DRR and WASH projects.
•	Receive Purchase Requisitions (PR); Make quotations, RFQ’s, tender documents for procurement of goods and services accordingly. 
•	Collect quotations, evaluate bids, make CBA Minutes and recommendations for the finalization of purchases and arrange procurement committee meetings for approval/selection of suppliers/service providers.
•	Liaise with the program on the development of TORs/Specifications for the tender documents and ensures timely publication/distribution of RFQs for maximum dissemination to the intended bidders/suppliers
