Supply Planning Lead

- Lead a team of 60+ individuals for three shifts continuous operation based on IWS structure. 
- Daily and Weekly direction setting for team to achieve Quarterly and yearly goals. 
- Deployment of AM steps on making and packing equipment and PM activities. 
- Coaching and capability building of individuals in team to lead and grow in their roles and achieve their yearly objectives.

Line Lead

- Direct Incoming Material: Managing end-to-end DIM supply chain within Manufacturing, calculating scrap factors based on usage and historic trends & coordinating with regional supply planning for execution of production plan. 
- 50% Reduction in DIM Wastages through year 2019-2021 making PK best performers in the region.
- Cut-Filler Yield: Drive process improvement to reduce tobacco losses across all transformation points in secondary delivering ~1.2% improvement ($180K) above FY target. 
- Improving CF quality to eliminate top-quality loss working with global COE cigarette making. 
- Manufacturing Costs/Productivities: Establishing baselines and Zero Loss Journey goals for manufacturing losses based on Loss Analysis for recoverable and non-recoverable losses for Delivery and Cost KPIs; DM, Uptime, Tactical Process Reliability, Design speed loss, Mean Time between Failure and Machine stops. Driving continuous improvement by PDCA cycle.

Process Engineer

Project P+: Optimization and Standardization of the Manufacturing Chain 

Created classified database of all materials, Standardized processes, Reported redundancies, and Identified gaps over the entire work cycle for efficient use of resources.
Resized procurement supplies for optimal use during operation; reducing logistics by 18%.

Operations Intern

Project Flex-Ben: Drafting flexible benefit vehicle policy for enhanced employee satisfaction 

Drafted new policy for Benefit vehicles; maximizing employee benefit for the affiliate and benchmarking with the industry.
Phased out the cost for proposal over the next 3 years, aligned the policy with legal, taxation and payroll, and laid out the plan for phasing in of the new policy thus accomplishing HR PMPKL’s major deliverable for the year 2017.
