Transport Logistics Management
• Efficiently coordinated the transportation of military personnel, equipment, and supplies to various operational locations. Oversaw the maintenance and readiness of a fleet of military vehicles, including recovery vehicles, ensuring they met safety and operational standards.
 Recovery Vehicle Operations:
• Led a team responsible for the operation and maintenance of recovery vehicles ,specializing in the retrieval of damaged or disabled military vehicles in challenging terrains.Successfully executed numerous recovery missions, minimizing downtime and ensuring the swift return of critical assets to the operational units.
  Vehicle Maintenance:
• Implemented a proactive maintenance program for all military vehicles under supervision, reducing breakdowns and associated costs.
 • Safety and Compliance:
Enforced strict safety protocols and ensured compliance with military regulations and guidelines for transportation and vehicle maintenance.Conducted safety briefings and training sessions for personnel, resulting in a reduction in accidents and incidents.
 Supply Chain Support:
• Collaborated with supply chain teams to streamline the delivery of essential supplies to forward operating bases, contributing to mission success and operational efficiency. 
 Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintained detailed records of vehicle maintenance, repair activities, and transport missions, facilitating accountability and data-driven decision-making
 
 Generator Set-Up and Maintenance:
Proficiently managed the installation and maintenance of generator sets at various military sites, ensuring a reliable power supply for critical operations.
Conducted routine inspections, repairs, and fueling of generators, guaranteeing uninterrupted power availability.

Transport Logistics Manager

• Completely look after the preparation of Miyawaki Forest including choosing of land and preparation of land, made panaflxes in Power point .
•  Collaborated with other team members to made distemper plant to provide support to other units in providing of master paints and distemper paint.
• Developed the methodology to check  quality assurance and quality control of the process .
• Cost estimation-To prepare the list of Electrical equipment required for the new Project and then estimation of cost required for the Project and later on budget for its maintenance.
• Project Execution-Supervising the execution of work on site, ensuring that all the work is being done according to our approved drawings and as per our company standard.
• Material Management-Managing the materials required for any project/maintenance form checking on arrival at site to its use in execution/maintenance. Checking inventory stocks and ensuring items level as per requirement.

Project Manager

• Led and supervised a platoon consisting of 45 soldiers during the duration of the Div Battle School training program.
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills by effectively managing and coordinating the platoon's activities, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to protocols.
• Oversaw the training and development of platoon members, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship to facilitate their growth and proficiency in diving techniques and combat strategies.
• Collaborated with instructors and staff to design and execute training exercises, ensuring the platoon's preparedness for real-world combat situations.
• Actively participated in debriefings and after-action reviews, analyzing performance, identifying lessons learned, and implementing necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.

Platoon Commander at 18 Div Battle school 

• Responsible for repair, maintenance and complete Overhaul of all types of small and heavy military vehicles.
• Demonstrated expertise in vehicle and engine overhaul by successfully completing three projects in the years 2021, a 2022, and 2023, involving 105 vehicles and 25 engines, 158 vehicles and 38 engines, and 178 vehicles and 210 engines, respectively.
• Management and training of 198 technicians and timely delivery/serviceability of military vehicles for operational readiness.
• Close liaison with consumers and their feedback for continuous improvement in repair activities.
• Generation of fault trend and their analysis for early rectification of faults.
• Oversaw the management of budget for a vehicle repair and maintenance project, including the management of Bill of Materials (BOM) for all components used in repairs.
• Improved spare parts inventory management for large-scale vehicle repair and maintenance project, minimizing vehicle downtime by ensuring adequate supply of critical components and supporting project timelines.
• Carrying out quality control of vehicle at different stages of assembly line including denting/painting and performing final quality check/road test of overhauled vehicles.
• Responsible for carrying out quality inspection of spares for safety and performance of military vehicles.
• Implemented policy and process enhancements across workshops to align with organizational objectives and meet stringent requirements.
• Facilitated and hosted meetings with industry vendors to address timeline delays and emergent requirements at the national level.
