I worked in PAEC CNPGS C-IV Nuclear Plant Shutdown. I am responsible for the maintenance, testing of different Mechanical Equipments especially Safety Class Diesel Engines, Heat Exchangers, Compressors, Valves, pumps.

Responsibilities: - 
• Maintenance of Diesel Engine (Top overhauling, replacement of lube/diesel oil filters, Air Locking, Draining/Filling Lube Oil with help of Pump) 
• Different tests of Engine equipment i.e. (Hydrostatic testing of Cylinder Heads, Endoscope of Liner, Fuel Injectors Leak & Pressure testing) 
• Taking Measurements of Engine mechanical parts to check their allowable wear limit i.e. (Cylinder Liner & Connecting Rod Ovality with Bore gauge & Micrometre, I/E valve Spring length with Vernier Calliper, Nut and Bolt I/O Diameter and Length respectively with Vernier Calliper) 
• Testing & Commissioning of Engine and note its technical parameters with passage of time   
• Assembling and dismantling of Plate Type Heat Exchangers 
• HVAC System I.e. Cooling Tower, HT/LT Water System, Pumps, Chillers  
• Valve Lapping, testing & calibration 
• Installations of Valves (Gate/Globe/ball Valves) 
• Managing the considerably large team including the direct and indirect reporters. 
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope 
• Monitoring team with assigned works, collecting updates and feedback. 
• Coordination with Safety Persons & other staff members. 
• Obtaining Work Permit and Closing through MCR (Main Control Room)
