As RM of retail banking group, I am responsible for managing existing relationships and enhancing new credit portfolio by offering different finance facilities of a “Credit Hub” under bank’s various products (CF-Hypo, CF-Pledge, FIM, FATR, SLC, ULC, LG, Acceptance, Acceptance against Pledge of Imported Merchandise, FAPC, FAFP, ERF, Invoice financing etc) to the customers. 
Responsibilities include;
●	Establishing new borrowing relationships for business (SME, Commercial, Trade etc.) as per bank policies and procedures to enhance bank’s market share and pre-set objectives.
●	Analyzing the customer requirement as per his business volume, provided collateral and future prospect of business. 
●	Preparing credit line proposals for new borrower as well as for renewals and enhancements and recommendation to next level for appropriate decision.

●	Negotiate rates/fee and terms with the clients for maximizing profitability of the bank.
●	Originate, evaluate and execute credit transactions to provide growth funding to small and mid-size enterprises with potential for profitable growth.

Relationship Manager (SME/Commercial)

As RM of retail banking group especially SME and Commercial sector, I was responsible for establishing existing relationships and enhancing new credit portfolio by offering different finance facilities under various bank’s products (CF-Hypo, CF-Pledge, FIM, FATR, SLC, ULC, LG, Acceptance, Acceptance against Pledge of Imported Merchandise, FAPC, FAFP, ERF etc) to the customers. 

Responsibilities include;
•	Managing existing portfolio of USD 12Million and maintaining strong working relationships for optimal utilization of approved facilities.  
•	Establishing new borrowing relationships for business (SME, Commercial, Corporate, Trade etc.) as per bank policies and procedures to enhance bank’s market share and pre-set objectives.
•	Analyzing the customer requirement as per his business volume, provided collateral and future prospect of business. 
•	Preparing credit line proposals for new borrower as well as for renewals and enhancements and recommendation to next level for appropriate decision.
•	Structuring the credit line facilities as per approved guidelines of the bank and customer needs followed by micro/macro analysis.

•	Getting the loan proposals approved from competent authorities.

Relationship Manager- Credits

Extending fresh loans to SME & Commercial clients after thorough screening and analysis simultaneously managing old loan portfolio.

•	Soliciting fresh clients for lending products and maintaining relationship with existing borrowers. 
•	Evaluating client’s business by analyzing financial needs, assessing the risk factors involved in business and possible collateral.
•	Analyze complex financial data and extract relevant information; interpret data for the purpose of determining past financial performance and to project financial viability of the business venture to grant a loan. 
•	Analyzes client’s credit capacity and collateral evaluation to determine feasibility of granting a loan.
•	Preparing Cash Flow Management and modeling for working/operating capital requirements of the project for a feasible end.
•	Examine financial statements and evaluate investing opportunities of the borrower with the degree of risk involved in extending the loan.

•	Making disbursement to the client in liaison with departments and keeping track of the repayment of the borrower after disbursement.

Credit Analyst- SME & Commercial

Supervising & managing Credit Administration Department within the branches of Lahore as Unit Inacharge,to ensure Loans are disbursed adhering to the existing policy guidelines,with due monitoring of Mortgage Formalities,Legal Documentation,Monitoring of Securities,Insurance & Stock reports. 
Job Responsibilities:
Reviewing sanction advice in connection to its approval for institutional as well as SBP policies & procedures by the Competent Credit Committee. 
Monitoring the mortgage process & its execution along with its registration/noting of lien in the relevant departments in liaison with the legal counsel. 
Ensure effective safeguards, controls, safekeeping of all facility/collateral documentation, maintain/update proper record and monitor/review system generated reports.
Issuance of Disbursement Authorization Certificates after final review of charged & security documents.
Liaise with Operations Department for proper feeding of approved limit and updating of limits and markup rates in the system. 
Analyze monthly, quarterly and as needed reports and summarize regarding the loan portfolio.
Arranging valuation of immoveable assets and insurance coverage of assets. 
Ensuring timely submission of reports to Head Office and Head CAD. 
Identify potential credit portfolio problems and follow up procedures for appropriate timely actions/remedy. 
In liaison with the SAM unit, negotiating the classified loan(s) and finalizing the Write Off proposal as “Secretary Branch Write off Committee”. 
Chairing the “Review Committee for NPL” as “Secretary” for reduction in NPL through adopting proper measures.
Keep liaison with SAM for court proceedings and providing them any necessary information timely for disposal of cases briskly. 
Delegate and ensure successful completion of work by the Credit Administration staff. 
Developing staff capabilities through on the job counseling, preparing effective backup resource.
