In this role, I am responsible to:
• Maintaining relation with existing key account and expanding the regional market.
• Modelling the HVAC system (high-rise buildings, industrial, office, hospital, etc) to solve customer's problem.
• Calculating the cooling load, 365/365 daily cooling load profile, operational cost, return on investment, payback period, etc.

Directly assigned by Building Division to be Project Scheduler at “Proyek Pembangunan Masjid Raya Provinsi Jawa Barat”, a Joint Operation between PT. Hutama Karya (Persero) and PT. Adhi Karya, Tbk. (Persero). In this project, I am responsible to:
• Lead Contract Change Order (CCO) of the project
• Calculate and present weekly progress of the project to external parties.

• Organizing, managing, and teaching lecture material to students in the courses.

• Assessing the results of student examinations.
• Recapitulating student scores and submit it to relevant lectures.
• Conducting research related to industrial engineering science.
• Digitalizing the learning system by developing an apps for iOs & Android named e-HoA 1.0 that helps the student to access modules, to access learning videos, and to submit tasks and report from everywhere.

Junior Assistant - Staff of Academic Affairs

PT Pertamina (Persero)

• Planning the maintenance project for critical equipment in refinery (including cost forecasting, maintenance schedule, workforce planning, risk management, etc).
• Coordinating with EPC subcontractors in order to prepare the overhaul and turnaround project.
• Checking the availability of material needed for the maintenance project.
• Managing the overall maintenance workplan and progress starts from preparation, implementation, until post-implementation.
• Monitoring the implementation of overhaul and turnaround schedule plan on daily basis.

Scheduling Material & Services Support Intern

• Discussing and coordinating with leader, deans, and related staff to determine the best promotion strategy for FTI UII.
• Coordinating with Marketing Directorate of UII.
• Leading the team to deliver execution of the job description.

Marketing & Communications - Head of Direct Promotion & Public Relations FTI UII

• Conducting direct promotional activities by participating in educational expos and conducting educational roadshows to introduce UII to the marketing target.
• Coordinating with related lecturers and staff regarding the allocation of promotional funds.
• Determining the FTI UII marketing target based on research conducted with the team.
• Preparing the draft budget for education expo and roadshows in various regions.
• Preparing logistic needs and transportation for staff assigned to participate in educational expos and roadshows.
• Responsible for financial reporting to related FTI UII staff.
