Highlights so far:

• Successfully exited at $60M Series B Round - to PayPal, Kinnevik and Augmentum

• Monese's first Vice President and one of the first 5 employees

• Took Monese to market as the UK's first 100% mobile bank account

• Recruited, structured and led the product and growth teams

• Raised $17M in funding between Seed and A Round from leading institutional investors including Seedcamp, Anthemis, Investec, Korea Investment Partners including a $10M Series-A round to expand across mainland Europe

• Grew the customer base from scratch to making over £1BN worth of transactions within 2 years (over £100m in year 1)

• Given the Horizon2020 award by the European Commission for research and innovation (and a €1.1M grant)

I was promoted to Digital Director after 6 months as Head of Digital Delivery. In my role as Digital Director I sat on the management board of FCB Inferno and led the agency's UK digital business, which involved:

• Leading the growth of the agency's revenue across digital channels as well as broader agency wide business development activities

• Directing digital marketing for the agency's largest clients, including BMW, Coca-Cola, Zoopla, Allergan, Beiersdorf, Mondelēz International, Columbia Threadneedle, and The UK Government

• Leading the smooth day to day operation of the digital business and a full time 30+ person team of specialists in project and account management, strategy, creative and design, user experience, content and marketing.

• Direct line management of the digital leadership team

Overseeing the agency's entire portfolio of digital projects across all clients. Direct line management of the agency's delivery team.

Head of Digital Delivery

AKQA

Led a large cross discipline team on the Nissan account. Working internationally between the UK, France, Japan and the US to deliver class leading solutions in partnership with Nissan's Global Marketing Division.

This involved:
• Development of a global suite of product data services (APIs) linking manfacturing data to local market car configurators across the web, mobile and showroom kiosks
• Lead the global 3D product visualisation programme, harvesting and connecting CAD data from vehicle manufacturing plants direct to dynamic online car configurators, enabling realtime configuration accurate to a local market level
• Management consultancy - with a focus on mobile transformation.

At Wunderman I was responsible for the end to end management of several sizeable multi-market digital projects across the Ford, Microsoft, Volvo, Sabin and Nokia accounts.

Draftfcb

My position at Draftfcb (now FCB) involved the day to day project management of national and international digital advertising campaigns for some of the world's biggest brands including General Motors (Vauxhall, Chevrolet, Saab), TD Waterhouse, COI, Kraft Foods, Savanna Cider, Beiersdorf, Boehringer Ingelheim, The Post Office, SC Johnson and The Dorchester Collection.

- Responsible for the management of multiple complex projects simultaneously 
- Coordination of third party and offshore development teams
- Key digital consultant for senior members of staff

Pipedreams 3D

Produced the 3D pre-visualisation for the WW2 blitz scene in award winning Hovis commercial 'Go On Lad'.

The campaign received dozens of awards including Golds at the Creative Circle Awards, the Marketing Society Awards and the British Television Advertising Awards. In 2009, the British public voted Go On Lad the best television commercial of the decade.
