My personal purpose is to bring out greatness in people. I aim to amplify my clients’ strategies, strengths, and success. I am passionate about cultivating more adaptive, resilient, and inclusive company cultures, where leaders at all levels understand the power of belonging and human connection. With a focus on leveraging science to create more human organizations, I combine my educational background in organizational psychology and NeuroLeadership with over two decades of industry experience and a natural ability to let others feel genuinely seen, heard, and valued. Originally from Oslo, Norway, I re-rooted in the US where I earned my undergraduate degree in Organizational & Interpersonal Communication and studied Organizational Psychology at the graduate level. I hold a Certificate in the Foundations of NeuroLeadership from the NeuroLeadership Institute. I love a good adventure, whether it be in the great outdoors or traveling internationally. I live and thrive in beautiful Big Sky, Montana. When I'm not traveling to be onsite with clients or working on projects to support them better, I can be found adventuring in the mountains with my partner, Kevin, and our husky-mix rescue dog, Rocky.
