With over 2 years in the field of education and a genuine passion for teaching, I bring forth my experience in nurturing students of various ages and backgrounds. I began my career as a TGT and PGT English Teacher, where I focused on teaching English to secondary and senior secondary students (Class 9–12). I helped them enhance their language abilities, particularly in critical thinking and academic proficiency. This experience helped shape my teaching philosophy: I believe mastering a language should not only be the objective. Instead, students must also develop real-life skills, and I integrate these into my teaching approach to ensure both academic excellence and personality development. As my career evolved, my desire to teach young learners expanded, and I started working as an ESL Instructor for students in grades 1 to 6. Here, I developed and implemented creative lesson plans tailored to meet the needs of young learners. I made it a priority to help them build their confidence and foster a love for the English language, while also supporting their vocabulary, speaking, and writing skills. Later, I broadened my expertise as a Soft Skills Trainer, where I worked with college students and young professionals, teaching them essential communication skills, leadership, and interpersonal skills needed for their studies and careers. My focus was to empower them with practical skills for success in both their academic and professional lives. Currently, I am serving as an Adult English Language Trainer at Career Designer Institute, where I provide private classes focused on helping working professionals and adult learners enhance their fluency, business communication, and confidence in Spoken English. My goal is to empower individuals to communicate more effectively and confidently in their personal and professional environments.
