I’ve been selected to be a part of a hands-on marketing and professional development programme called Agent Academy CIC. The 4 key areas of the industry we are focusing on are strategy, creative, digital and communications. The program involves meeting with industry leaders and engaging with a wide range of people to complete a real-life client challenge.

Strategy - This involved understanding, planning and implementing our client brief my team was given. To get a better understanding of strategy I had workshops with the strategy team at Agent Marketing, which involved PESTLE analysis, understanding the problems our client faced, and developing knowledge of our client's industry.
Creative - This got me and my team to be more creative in finding a solution for our client. I had various workshops with other agencies who gave us insight into their work and how it could help us with our brief. Here I also learnt the fundamentals of graphic design, web development through talks with industry leaders. 
Digital - Here we came up with solutions on how our client can use digital to promote their platform when communicating with their audience. I also gained a strong understanding of SEO, PPC and Social Media Marketing.
Communications - This involved how our client can change their language to communication with their desired audience. During this, I built my copywriting, PR and brand awareness skills.

Here I work with an award-winning marketing team to gain in-depth knowledge of marketing through multimedia channels, create and design various content to promote events at theatres, and also analyse data and analytics from previous work to build successful campaigns. Being a part of YEP students I also collaborate with fellows students such as directors and actors to deliver campaign plans through various platforms. During this, I wrote copy for events, and created design briefs for upcoming YEP Directors Festival.
