So, when I got promoted to this role, the entire marketing department was malfunctioning because the Manager left, and we were running short of resources, the executives resigned, and no one was there to handle this chaotic situation, I was asked to come forward and take the lead, but wait we don't have any experts? Well, I was given a few interns to work with, I started training them, started learning new things just to train them and yes we were good enough to keep things going in good shape!

Now, I handle paid, organic, google, and facebook posting and content writing (sometimes). They are quite happy with what I have been doing and with the results so yes we are good!

Lead-Digital Marketing

The company had a good marketing department with 10+ team members, but they were struggling to get content, they were running out of content ideas and they had no clue of what they had to reach using social media marketing. I was hired to get the content ready, create achievable goals, and keep the social media updated, I was asked to lead the entire content creation process, from strategy to execution I was the guy who was responsible for getting things done, and to be honest I love every single day, because we were doing constant research, new ideas, new plans and strategies to break the algos!

With all this I was also leading projects for the entire department, helping others with ideas for ads, emails, and blogs, supporting writers, and giving them honest feedback and content edits, I was also dealing as an intermediary for the department. Any new campaign? Ask Murtaza! Anything pending? Ask Murtaza! so yes a lot of activities and fun!
