As a PMO team member, provided integrated planning and internal communication support to a $billion-dollar S/4HANA implementation programme, for a major oil and gas company based in the UK.  The role involved maintaining the integrated plan, ensuring workstream plans were aligned and were managed collaboratively to ensure delivery as per the plan and achievement of targeted outcomes.

•	Deliver change management and communication strategy and solutions for people, process, system and structure related changes in a highly complex and multicultural organisation.
•	Deliverables include stakeholder analysis and management, change impact assessment, issues, risks and resistance management as well as communication, change sponsorship and training using best practice methodologies such as Prosci, ACMP, ITIL, Lean and Six Sigma.
•	Transformation in technology development strategy and function that includes ensuring critical behaviors and culture change.
•	SAP S/4HANA implementation: awareness and training of the end users across the company to endure their readiness and ability to use new and enhanced features and functionality. 
•	Digital transformation leveraging digital technology and new ways of working to gain new business insights, enhance employee experience and business results.
•	Finance transformation enhancing SAP based finance system and processes covering detailed planning, forecasting and profitability reporting at corporate, segment and business unit levels.
•	VAT implementation: in finance, sales, law and supply chain functions. Challenges included a new concept in the region, laws were still being refined and explained by the authorities while VAT was being implemented. 
•	Corporate transformation: included culture and behaviour change. Led behavior change involving several thousands employees. Delivered boot camps to prepare rollout teams to implement the program in their departments. Combined traditional change management processes with behaviour change concepts to engage formal leaders as well as informal networks and influencers. 
•	Delivered change management on several SAP projects in finance, HR, healthcare and supply chain using SAP's ASAP methodology along with other CM techniques.
•	Deliver Change Management training workshops based on Prosci’s change management methodology.
•	Mentor and supervise junior consultants.

Carried out business and technical analysis of cost accounting system requirements.
Worked on the SAP R/2 to R/3 4.6c migration project. 
Analysed the existing SAP R/2 costing solution and designed the R/3 solution. 
Carried out FI/CO configuration. 
Prepared SAP prototype and presented in workshops to the project team and super users.

Developed SAP product cost revision solution to show actual product costs and savings due to recipe revisions.

• Cost centre reporting, variance analysis, capital expenditure reporting, business volumes, KPIs, other statistics, profit and loss account and balance sheet.
• Cost centre reporting, VAT returns, accounts and cash book posting, inter-company accounts reconciliation, maintaining fixed assets register and bank reconciliation.
