After Mistral's acquisition by the HTEC Group, I initially worked in HTEC's Career Development Office; however, due to organizational restructuring, I made an early transition to the Communications Team as an Employee Engagement Specialist. In this role, I leverage my research and communication skills, as well as my understanding of the IT community, to analyze employee engagement, deliver programs to boost wellbeing, commitment and retention, and promote practical application of company values.

As an in-house counselor, I supported Mistral employees through 1:1 coaching, team coaching and educational initiatives (workshops, lectures, blogs, etc.), focusing on stress management, conflict resolution and development of soft skills. For a year and a half, I also worked in the Marketing & Communications Team, drafting marketing collateral and thought leadership content for the company's founders. On top of that, for about six months I was the acting Head of Human Potential, Mistral's HR department, where I successfully lead the team through a period of transition and recruited Mistral's first Chief Human Potential Officer, who introduced a number of important HR processes and helped the company reach new levels of business success.
