Identified need for and successfully intervened in getting persons dependent on alcohol and cocaine into inpatient treatment and successful discharges into supportive environments resulting in members achieving sustained sobriety.
Socratic and positive approach has supported a number of members succeeding in making and sustaining healthier lifestyle choices  
Completed a wide variety of screening and assessments, such as dementia and falls risk. Successfully screened member's to identify early stages of dementia leading to lifestyle and medical intervention as part of program wide effort. 
Multiple positive identifications of various forms of abuse followed by swift and effective interventions in conjunction with local law enforcement and care team to ensure member safety and well being.

Performed comprehensive psychological testing of adults and children coping with a wide variety of brain injuries and psychiatric illnesses to increase medical, behavioral, and educational team's insight and effectiveness. 
Helped create behavioral and therapy strategies with treatment teams and families to increase quality of life and behavioral health both at hospital and generalized into discharge environment. 
Provided individual and group therapies to measurably increase pro-social and healthy behaviors in both groups and individuals. 
Coauthored and presented case study to large audience at 2008 convention of the Association for Behavioral Analysis. Performed IQ testing and created behavioral interventions contributing to presentations. Both aforementioned efforts contributed to successful symposium presented by Lakeview Hospital.
