In addition to the primary buckets of work below, also support a range of programmatic tasks as needed, such as fellow and partner workshop logistics, vendor management, partner selection, etc.
•	Coordinate the fellowship recruitment and Selection process
• lead Database  Management (Zengine) & improvements
•	Implement the recruitment strategy for the new fellowship model recruiting international applicants from sub-Saharan Africa, including: 
o	Coordinate recruitment for international applicants
o	Targeted outreach and relationship-building
o	Advertising GHC fellowship roles on strategic job boards and other platforms
o	Tracking and analyzing previous years’ recruitment data 
o	Coordinate with country program staff to support the recruitment of national applicants in Malawi, Rwanda, Uganda, and Zambia
o	Track spending in accordance with the global recruitment budget
o	Leading website updates process ahead of fellow recruitment

•	Support the fellowship application review process
o	Update applicant and reviewer materials for each new fellowship class
o	Manage external communications related to the fellow selection process
o	Support preparations for and execution of each round of application review, including recruiting, training, and monitoring the progress of application reviewers
o	Create and maintain how-to guides to institutionalize knowledge for the Selection Team
•	Coordinate international travel for fellows with a travel agency to book fellow flights for the Training Institute and the End of Year Retreat
o	lead selection Rounds 2 & 4 and Offers stage including forms and assignments both inside and outside Wizehive for these three rounds. 
o	Coordinate the interview process for international applicants
•	Manage both fellows and applyinfo accounts during the recruitment & and selection period including Zoho sign for offers. 
•	Onboard and manage the intern assigned to the Fellowships team

Admissions Fellowship Senior Coordinator 

Coordinate the fellowship recruitment process

 Implement the recruitment strategy for the new fellowship model recruiting 
international applicants from sub-Saharan Africa, including:
 Targeted outreach and relationship building with GHC alumni and external contacts 
to promote fellowship roles
 Advertising GHC fellowship roles on strategic job boards and other platforms
 Tracking and analyzing previous years’ recruitment data and real-time application 
numbers to inform recruitment strategy
 Revise external promotional materials (fliers, PowerPoints, etc.)
 Coordinate with country program staff to support recruitment of national applicants 
in Malawi, Rwanda, Uganda, and Zambia
 Track spending in accordance with global recruitment budget



Support the fellowship application review process


 Update applicant and reviewer materials for each new fellowship class, including 
application forms, reviewer training PowerPoints and videos, and evaluation 
materials
 Manage external communications related to the fellow selection process, including 
our customer service email account, applicant status updates, and certain webpage 
content
 Support preparations for and execution of each round of application review, 
including recruiting, training, and monitoring progress of application reviewers
 Create and maintain how-to guides to institutionalize knowledge for the Selection 
Team
 Participate in M&E activities for the fellowship selection process, including goalsetting, tracking progress, analyzing survey and applicant data, etc.

Coordinate booking international travel for fellows

 Coordinate with a travel agency to book fellow flights for Training Institute and the 
End of Year Retreat

Admissions Fellowship Coordinator

African Union

•	Working closely with Ashoka West Africa team to design, implement, monitor, evaluate and strengthen ongoing Youth and Fellowship Initiatives.
•	Supporting team to ensure that activities, outcomes, and impact are according to the strategic objectives of the organization
•	Co-facilitate learning sessions for Young Changemakers in the network
•	 Support supervisor in the onboarding processes of Young Changemakers into the network
•	Contribute to the development of program-related M & E systems, tracking performance indicators, development of data collection tools, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
•	Set up approved meetings for the Anglophone West Africa team
•	Supporting team in Development of Prospect Pipeline; and conducting Prospect screening and in-depth assessment of potential funders 
•	Task to conduct needs assessments and evaluations for various programs and initiatives
•	Writing presentations, Activity reports, and evaluation reports
•	Writing Profiles for Young Changemakers in Ashoka Africa Network
•	Supporting supervisor(s) in drafting emails to various stakeholders including Ashoka Young Changemakers, Ashoka fellows, and Ashoka Africa Diamond team
•	Take meeting notes for the Anglophone West Africa team
•	Transcribing videos for the Director of Ashoka West Africa, and ensure the quality of transcribed recordings
•	Drafting program agenda’s  for the Youth Years Program

•	Facilitating and coordinating various youth discussions on Personal Development & Youth Leadership
•	Task to conduct   assessments, Interviews, and Selection of participants for Youth Exchange Programs

Previously worked as an AU Youth Volunteer as an associate for Ashoka West Africa ( Lagos, Nigeria) through  the African Union Youth Volunteer Corps program.
