- Earned a Leadership Team award as 1 of 13 State PLC Leadership Schools of the Year by collaborating with executives and administration to implement win-win solutions aligned with district goals

- Keynote speaker for 2013-2014 New Teacher Orientation
- Increased school-wide reading proficiency by 4 points year-over-year by designing a Million Minute Reading Challenge that 2.5x’d the initial goal

- Drove customer journey from store entrance through POS ensuring a positive customer experience and store aesthetics
- Participated in daily, monthly, and quarterly sales incentives to ensure store goals were met or exceeded
- Experience as a team lead to direct internal operations and deescalate customer issues

- Used cold calling and warm calling to generate interest in enrollment
