As a humanistic psychologist with over 11 years of experience, I help individuals create meaning and purpose in their lives by using the theory and practice of self-actualization. Self-actualization is the highest level of human motivation, according to Abraham Maslow, one of the founding fathers of humanistic psychology. It refers to the process through which individuals are on a quest to learn, grow, and be creative, using their abilities to express their true selves and reach their full potential. I apply humanistic psychology principles and models to my work as an executive contributor at Brainz Magazine, where I write articles on topics such as motivation, mindset, fulfillment, creativity, and psychological well-being. I also leverage my program development, communication, and mentoring skills as the founder and executive director of Wake-Up Foundation, a nonprofit organization that provides educational and outreach programs to youths aged 14-24. Additionally, I have developed two models to guide individuals to discover and use their strengths, talents, and passions: the "Life Purpose Pyramid" and the "Life Success Formula".
