MyLinh Yang is an entrepreneurial product lead at Google with over 13 years of experience in product management. Currently she is a product manager on the Google Assistant where she drives innovative solutions utilizing machine learning, large language models to improve how the Assistant understands their users. Prior to the Assistant, she was on YouTube ads, where she drove privacy first ad solutions. Before ads she was founding member responsible for growing business messaging at Google from concept to launch. Prior to business messaging, she was in Research integrating cutting edge machine learning technology to deliver personalized experiences in restaurant and news recommendations. She began her tenure at Google as a support engineer developing tools to detect and remove invalid ad traffic. Her passion in product began here, where she became product manager for ad spam and launched innovative systems to combat ad spam in real time and at scale. Preceding her time at Google she was a software developer at Raytheon. At Raytheon, she developed the precision ground tracker a core surveillance product. MyLinh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with minors in Management and Digital Arts from the University of Irvine.
