» Maintain accuracy for the recording of all transactions in the general, revenue, and expenditure ledgers of over six funds. 
» Perform monthly bank reconciliations for assets worth over $6 million. Research and resolve discrepancies. Conduct internal audits.
» Prepare budget for upcoming fiscal year. Review and analyze current year actual, in addition to prior years’ budgets, to corroborate with each department for proper allocations.
» Process A/P transactions and ensure vendor invoices are paid accurately. Cut checks to vendors.

» Collect and summarize timesheets, obtaining Supervisor approval of overtime and/or discrepancies.
» Calculate and process direct deposit payments, payroll taxes, and employee benefits, such as retirement and HSA funds.
» Maintain payroll and benefits registers, along with payroll general ledger updates.

» Collaborate with insurance carriers and staff to update/change medical, dental, and vision benefits.
» Maintain incident reports. File worker's compensation claims when needed. Adhere to ADA and FMLA laws, while also accommodating/helping employees return to work.
