As Head of Acquisition, my aim is to increase visibility and lead generation for Nextgroup's various brands using relevant digital marketing levers. Management of 2 Social Media Manager + web, video and SEA agencies. Budget : 350K. 

- Digital strategies : lead and design acquisition strategies in an inbound marketing, leadgen and data driven based approaches. I use various digital marketing levers  such as SEA, video marketing, content marketing, SEO, e-mailing, social media.. 

- Data analysis : Collect and combine datas from websites visitors and clients (CRM) in order to draw actions accordingly on every digital levers. Ensure reliable data through a correct implementation of tags using Google Tag Manager. Reporting : Google Data Studio. 

- Websites redesign (5) : creation of wireframe and site arborescence according to data, SEO and UX best practices. Optimisation of sites' acquisition (CTA, forms, site speed..). Technical SEO implementation, on and off page optimisation, keywords research and content optimisations. 301 mapping. HTTPS & HTTP2.

- Content marketing : lead and design content marketing strategies + launch of 3 blog in an inbound and SEO logic. 

- Video marketing : (in collaboration with a video agency) launch of a video marketing campaign in order to increase brand awareness and lead generation. 

- E-reputation : build a strong e-reputation using Trustpilot, Google My Business and social media. 

- Social Media : manage social media optimisation in order to build a strong relationship with customers. Creation and launch of facebook ads and instagram paid campaigns.

Head of Acquisition

My purpose as Traffic Manager for Nextgroup was to increase trafic, lead acquisition and visibility of Nextgroup's various brands. To serve that purpose, I had to leverage different strategic webmarketing levels :  

- SEA : develop and monitor paid search, retargeting and display campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads. Management of an SEA agency. Annuel budget : 300K

- SEO : Boost the organic search on Google and Bing to increase the group's websites visibility. Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes. Optimise website content and write SEO compliant articles. On and off page optimizations. Conduct Keyword research and analysis. Ensure that all websites are SEO and Google Friendly. 

- Performance tracking : Implementation of tags on every websites using Google Tag Manager. Ensuring the data is entirely reliable. 

- Social Media Management : develop fresh and engaging content for 10 social media accounts ( Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn & Instagram) using Hootsuite. Community management, e-reputation monitoring, KPIs analysis mainly engagement and followers recruitment. 

- E-mailing campaigns : launch of e-mailing & newsletters campaigns to ensure customer loyalty and create interest and opportunity among potential clients. 

- Web analytics : data analysis and monitoring using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Social Media platforms and CRM.

• Growing existing business : implemented and optimized campaign performance using internal tools and data analysis (Competition analysis, traffic quality, Share of Voice, campaign and keywords performance) and Introduced and sold new features to advertiser.
