In my role as Vice President, I support the CEO in steering the company's vision, growth strategies, operational efficiency, and overall success. EW Nutrition GmbH EW Nutrition is a dynamic company, globally active with a strong science based product portfolio in the field of functional, innovative feed & food additives. The current product portfolio includes Natural Egg Immunoglobulins, Toxin Risk Solutions, Phytomolecules, Prebiotics, Slow Release Source of Nitrogen, Complementary Feed Supplements, Sanitary and Care Products.

Livestock Division Director for Sioux Nation Ag U.S.A., Sioux Fall, South Dakota.  Development and management of the organization vision regarding the Livestock Division with daily focus to provide direction and coaching for a 45 member team of Field Marketers, Nutritionist, and Veterinarians involved in supporting producers and agribusinesses in the Livestock Industry.  

Sioux Nation Ag spans eight states with fourteen locations across the upper Midwest. Sioux Nation Ag is a family owned business which provides services in relation to animal health products, nutritional solutions, professional consulting services (swine, cattle, dairy, poultry). veterinary services, livestock management, and Risk management.

•	Responsible for the profitability of the Livestock Division, annual sales $60 million
•	Livestock Division budgeting and annual business plans 
•	Support ownership vision through development of strategic planning and implementation
•	Provide direct oversite of personnel through coaching and management practices
•	Direct & indirect management of 45+ Livestock Division personnel as well as four species managers
•	Support of expansion and growth through organic growth and acquisition 
•	Negotiate contracts with manufactures and track performance
•	Implementation of communication and technology advances

Implemented Sioux Nations first management adaption to species managers as well as professional development and enhanced onboarding practices, this enhanced accountability and focus along with profitability performance. In addition I implemented a new communication culture and practices; a culture of expectations and processes along with tools such as Microsoft Teams to enhance communication avenues.

In addition I share responsibility for market and data development of current and recently developed EW products in the United States.  Additional international experience.  

I have a multi-species focus in ruminate and monogastric with a primary focus in the Poultry and Dairy/Beef Industry.  EW Nutrition is a world leader in secondary plant compounds (Activo), microbial products(Progressive), feed protectants/gut health solutions (Mastersecure), and specialized egg proteins (Globimax-Globigen).
