Hello 👋🏼 I am Zunaed, also go by Tanim. Game and XR design student, with a personal specialization on game development and project management. During my game and XR studies in United States, Netherlands and Germany, I --> Contributed in 10 student projects wearing various hats- designer, artist, developer and project manager. --> Lead 6 of them as Team Lead and project manager, supporting teams of 2 - 8 international students from diverse cultural backgrounds. --> Managed student projects spanning upto 4 months in duration. --> Served 2 clients with highest client satisfaction as student team lead, in the Netherlands and Germany. --> Supported team in winning multiple awards at Hanze UAS CMGT Student Festival 2023 as team lead and project manager. --> Co-developed multiple innovative educational support application prototypes, such as, voice interaction based affordable XR learning aid application for visually impaired children, immersive history-culture lesson aid with VR. During my stay in the Netherlands, I registered as sole proprietorship at Dutch Chamber of Commerce (kvk) - ZTAN Solutions and served 5+ clients and lead an indie mobile puzzle game project as product designer and manager. Prior to transitioning into creative technology industry of Game and XR, I had been professionally active in Bangladesh for 4+ years. Gained professional experience in finance, customer relationship in the non-profit and consumer goods industry. Besides employment, I ventured into the domain of entrepreneurship, co-founded and co-lead the non-profit startup EnLiT Foundation's operations focusing on ethical education and women safety. The blend of my diverse professional and academic background has helped me grow to be a project manager, prioritising both internal and external stakeholder interests fairly while navigating towards a rewarding outcome for all parties involved. - - - I am ever curious about innovative and creative technologies. I enjoy exploring various tech stack, engage with community to innovate and develop digital applications to cater real-time solutions.
