My professional career has increased my knowledge and understanding of the different dynamics of private sectors and government entities across the UAE. These dynamics have been instrumental in my personal growth due to the daily exposure of working alongside cross culture teams and how working in nonprofit or profit organizations really impact behavior. In the last few years I have managed a large diverse team which brought its own unique challenges.
