Màire is a qualified CPA with fifteen years’ experience across Loyalty Programmes, FinTech, Fashion, Telecommunications & Construction. Having played the role of Finance Consultant, Financial Controller and Management Accountant at Group Level on numerous occasions, she is adept to managing a team, implementing improvements and C-Level Stakeholder Management. Màire has carried out a number of challenging roles: • Set-up of the Finance department for Virgin Red including the implementation of Oracle NetSuite • Finance Lead for Partner Onboarding and Data Migration project at Virgin Red • Supported the Finance Director at WorldRemit on various projects including streamlining month end processes and automating bank reconciliations • At Spring Studios, restructured the UK Finance Team and implemented best practice finance processes across UK and New York offices • Transitioned the Lebara Mobile UK Finance team from a shared service model to a UK focussed structure • Assisted in the restructure and eventual sale of Novetec Building Products Màire is looking to explore Finance Transformation and Restructuring interim roles.
