Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work in several communications departments, gaining experience in various fields, including communications, event planning, sales, marketing, and customer service. One of the most interesting experiences I've had was working in a health institution where I served as the communications coordinator. In that role, I was responsible for finding the most effective ways to communicate with both internal and external customers. I can also highlight my experience as a Customer Relationship Manager, where I gained valuable expertise in building and maintaining strong relationships between organizations and their customers. In addition to my professional experience, I hold an MBA from Universidad Internacional de La Rioja, Spain. During my studies, I acquired a deep understanding of various aspects of business and management, including Leadership, Operations, Marketing, Finance, among others.
