Support creating GTM strategies with other department heads
Performing market, customer and competitive research (primary or secondary) to segment the market and produce buyer insights, identifying what opportunities, challenges and dynamics exist for the organization and its go-to-market strategies
Refining and keeping customer personas up to date and fully understood throughout the organization
Leading new product/feature launches for prospects and existing customers 

Digital Marketing
Recommend and oversee digital strategy (content, SEO, paid), while mentoring team members and guiding day-to-day decision making
Leverage research and storytelling to guide a content marketing strategy that is informative and compelling throughout the buyer journey
Continuously identify, evaluate and test new channels, strategies and tactics.

Marketing Operations
Work with Marketing Ops Manager to Improve operational processes and reporting related to demand generation programs to measure effectiveness, performance and ROI of marketing spend
Lead the charge on automating critical elements of the marketing lifecycle including nurture campaigns (email drips, chat bots, retargeting, etc.)
